This weekend was a doozy. It started off pretty damn near magical and shit when we decided to take advantage of our good friend Alicia's talented photography skills and nabbed some family photos. I have to admit, Smith makes it hard for other toddlers out there. He's damn near perfect...

That is until he woke up Sunday morning with a head full of snot and a cough that scared the dog. We spent two glorious nights pacing the floor of our house and my inlaws trying with all of our might to get Smith a little shut eye.

 

We are bordering on newborn sleep status here. Actually worse. Up every 30 minutes from 11:30pm - 5:30am. Awesome.

a 6:00am adventure to look for garbage trucks - getting desperate

 We did sneak in an amazing trip to Lion Country Safari as a reward for Smith completing his first 20 stickers on his Reward Chart. This, of course, before the fever set in which we have been battling ever since. I'm damn near exhausted. But good news... I haven't found the bottom of my box yet, so there's still more yummies for mommy.

I shall return. When this little man feels better and this little mama gets some sleep.
