Ooops, I did it again. Except with way less extensions and vagina slips for the paps and way more back problems and unsightly drama that makes me just look old.
I left ya'll hanging. I'm so sorry for the dramatics. I post about this amazing giveaway and then never announce the winners? What kind of an asshole am I. Especially to newcomers. Thanks for not abandoning all hope on me and post trash about me on Get Off My Internets (thanks for the send Shannon... this shit made my year!).

I also threw out my back this weekend trying to pick up the 35lb hyena from his bed. As if the gray hairs, wrinkles on my right boob (?), and crows feet mocking me every morning when putting on my eyeliner was any indication, a bad back now officially means I'm old as shit.

| you promised me a lollipop for this shit, mom |
Smith was sent home from school yesterday after being there for a solid 17 minutes because his eye was pussing and they suspected pink eye. After not being able to get a hold of the husband who was off work (President's Day), I scooped up the dude and took him to the doctor. Only to find out that it was his sinuses draining and leaving snot coming out of his eye. Awesome. So, inadvertent day off for mommy. Which was find until he decided to drop kick his dinner onto the carpet and stain my rug with ketchup and hot dog juice. Awesome.

I hosted a baby sprinkle with my gorgeous friend Alicia this weekend to celebrate Leah's soon-to-be second bouncing baby boy. If I could only make party planning a hobby. I had SO much fun planning the details. It helps having your own little side business to create paper eye candy though. I cannot wait to get my mits on Leah's baby boy... only because it'll feed my uterus just enough to ward off another case of the babies.
Good news is that we are one day closer to the weekend. Bad news is that my husband might kill himself this weekend while trying to run the Spartan Race in Miami. 9 miles + 30 obstacles including fire, mud, and barbed wire? Hope he comes back in one piece. But if he doesn't, at least I know the life insurance is up to date.

Wait we're you ON GOMI or you just discovered it?
Hope Smith is feeling better! Kent can do it. Chris ran a similar race last year and if he can do it, anyone can. He doesn't even run.
What an awesome "sprinkle". Love the chalkboard style tags and decos.
Could I be Alison B? I mean I am Alison B! Did I win! :)
Just out of curiosity, what do you do for your full-time job? I'm assuming it's something graphic design-related?
You crack me up! I hurt my back last year and let me tell you there is no other pain like it in the world. Like not even vagina pain when you are pushing a baby out. When your back hurts you can't do a thing! So I'm sorry that your back is killing you and making you feel like an old lady. I get it. When I hurt mine last year I had to wear a nify cuz I'm 50 back brace. Yeah, getting old is for the birds!
You make me laugh - glad your back, missed reading your post to make me laugh :) I hope your hubby comes back in one piece - every time mine goes off to a rugby game I thank god we are military and required to have life insurance :)
You are amazing. You are hilarious, GORGEOUS and amazingly talented! That is all :)
That sprinkle looks so cute, I love the decorations!
My husband runs races like that too. He had never run 13 miles in his life before the first one he did. I was like, aren't you concerned about that? He's like huh? Why would I be concerned? Ohh, well then!
Ramblings of a Suburban Mom
Okay so you thought GOMI was funny?! I think it's mortifying. In fact, finding out about that forum is one of the reasons I stopped blogging back in December. Grown women just sit around and bash people like that? get.a.lifeeeee. It killed me.
PS: I really love that mason jar invite. So cute.
That looks like the best party ever!!! Congrats to the winners of the giveaway!
Hope you had a great weekend!
